HATS — STRICT RETURN POLICY

Cowboy Cartel LLC sells hats that are often shaped, modified, or customized per customer request. Because of this, our hat return policy is as follows:

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

We will repair or replace hats with legitimate manufacturer defects. This is the only exception that applies to shaped or modified hats. Cowboy Cartel LLC reserves the right to inspect any item claimed as defective.

Non-Hat Returns

Other non-hat items may follow separate return rules listed individually on their product pages.
